Summer Drink : Avocado Smoothie with Tapioca Bubbles
Summer is approaching and what is a better way then sharing smoothie recipes? Today we will dive into an avocado smoothie with bubbles. This recipe will leave your taste buds wanting more.
- 1 ripe avocado or powder
- 1 cup ice
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk (or almond milk)
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup of large tapioca pearls
1) Blend ingredients except tapioca.
2) Run cold water over the bubbles and then place some in a glass and pour beverage on top
