Returns

Thank you for shopping at Fanale Drinks. We are committed to providing you with the best service and high-quality product. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange a product, please see our terms & conditions:
For Machines and Containers: 
  • Products can be returned within 30 days since the date of purchase.
  • If you exceed the 30-day policy, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and have the same condition as delivered.
Food Products:
  • Perishable products are not returnable unless they are damaged, or not as pictured online. 
  • Products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and have the same condition as delivered.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Sale Items:
All sale items are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Please provide original receipts or proof of purchase to be eligible for returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacture.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will send you a notification confirming whether we can give you the full refund.
Your refund will be processed once your items pass the inspection. Credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 to 30 business days for the refund to be posted on your account.
Partial Refunds 
A partial refund will be given if any returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
A partial refund may also be issued if an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn't been posted, please check your bank account again. It may take anywhere from 2 to 30 business for your credits to be posted on your account. You should contact your credit card company and your bank regarding the processing time.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), please send us an email at service@fanaledrinks.com and then ship your item(s) to: 790 Sandoval Way, Hayward, CA US 94544.

Gifts
If the returned item is a gift that has been shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item or we will send the refund through the original method of purchase once the return has been processed.
