- Products can be returned within 30 days since the date of purchase.
- If you exceed the 30-day policy, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and have the same condition as delivered.
- Perishable products such as foods, flowers, newspapers or magazines are non-returnable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacture.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on locations, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, you will receive an email from us to notify that we've received the items and whether or not you are eligible for a refund.
Your refund will be processed when your items pass the inspections and credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 to 30 business days for the refund to be posted on your account.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn't been posted, please check your bank account again. It may take anywhere from 2 to 30 business for your credits to be posted on your account. You should contact your credit card company and your bank regarding the processing time.

All sale items are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the returning item is a gift that has been shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item or we will send the refund through the original method of purchase once the return has been processed.
