  1. Steam 300ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
  2. Pour some milk into the cup and mix with horchata powder
  3. Stir it and mix well with a spoon
  4. Pour the the milk foam on the top of the cup

Ube Horchata

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Steam 300ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
  2. Pour 1/2 of the hot milk into the cup and mix with 25g of horchata powder
  3. Stir it and mix well with a spoon
  4. Pour the the mixture into the cup
  5. mix ube powder with the other half of milk
  6. pour into the cup
  7. sprinkle some ube powder on the top

Strawberry Horchata

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Steam 200ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
  2. Pour 1/2 of the hot milk into the cup and mix with 1oz of strawberry jam
  3. Stir it and mix well with a spoon
  4. Mix other half of milk with 25g of horchata powder
  5. Pour on top of the cup
