Winter is coming, here are 10 hot drink ideas to warm you and your family hearts in cold nights~~
Spicy Star
- Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz of ginger syrup [SRP 220]
 - 200ml of milk
 
- Directions:
- Steam 200ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
 - Pour 1/2 of the hot milk into the cup and mix with 1.5 oz of ginger syrup
 - Stir it and mix well with a spoon
 - Pour the other half of milk into the cup
 
Strawberry Shortcake
- Ingredients:
- 1 oz of strawberry jam [JAM001]
 - 25g of horchata powder [PWD308-USA]
 - 200 ml of milk
 
- Directions:
- Steam 200ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
 - Pour 1/2 of the hot milk into the cup and mix with 1 oz of strawberry jam
 - Stir it and mix well with a spoon
 - Mix other half of milk with 25g of horchata powder
 - Pour on top of the cup
 
Mr. Peanut Bar
- Ingredients:
- 25g of peanut butter powder [PWD287]
 - 200ml milk
 - Chocolate sauce [SRPT304-USA]
 - Tiramisu powder [PWD281] / cocoa powder
 
- Directions:
- Steam 200ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
 - Pour 1/2 of the hot milk into the cup and mix with 25g of peanut butter powder
 - Stir it and mix well with a spoon
 - Add a little of chocolate sauce and mix
 - Pour the the other half of milk into the cup
 - Sprinkle little Tiramisu powder / cocoa powder on the top of the drinks
 
Cloudy Sky
- Ingredients:
- 8 g of earl grey tea leaves [TEA017]
 - 25g of non dairy creamer [PWD002-B-USA] (other substitutes: heavy cream/ half and half )
 - 1.5 oz of golden cane sugar syrup [SUP004]
 - Spin tea blender [MAE017] & [AS-MAE017-T]
 
- Directions:
- Use Espresso machine to brew 8g of earl grey tea leaves
 - Press the overlord option to get more tea (at the end you will get about 500ml of hot tea)
 - Pour the tea into a Spin Tea Blender
 - Add 1.5 oz of golden cane syrup
 - Choose the SHAKE option for blending
 - Once it's done shaking, pour the milk tea into a cup!
 
Peach Blossom
- Ingredients:
- 8g of osmanthus oolong tea leaves [TEA015]
 - 25g of non dairy creamer (other substitutes: heavy cream/ half and half )
 - 1.5 oz of peach syrup [SRP040]
 - Spin tea blender
 
- Directions:
- Use Espresso machine to brew 8g of osmanthus oolong tea leaves
 - Press the overlord option to get more tea (at the end you will get about 500ml of hot tea)
 - Pour the tea into a Spin Tea Blender
 - Add 1.5 oz of peach syrup
 - Choose the SHAKE option for blending
 - Once it's done shaking, pour the milk tea into a cup!
 

Brown Coffee
- Ingredients:
- 25g of Okinawa brown sugar milk tea powder [PWD285]
 - 200ml milk
 - Coffee powder [PWD270] or Espresso shot
 
- Directions:
- 16g of espresso shot in the cup
 - Steam 200ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
 - Mix the hot milk with 25g of okinawa powder
 - Stir it and mix well with a spoon
 - Pour the mixture into the espresso coffee
 
Purple Lady
- Ingredients:
- 25g of Ube powder [PWD010-USA]
 - 200ml milk
 
- Directions:
- Steam 200ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
 - Pour 1/2 of the hot milk into the cup and mix with 25g of ube powder
 - Stir it and mix well with a spoon
 - Pour the the other half of milk into the cup
 

Winter Love
- Ingredients:
- 10g of Ceylon Black Tea [TEA034]
 - 25g of non dairy creamer [PWD002-B-USA]
 - Cooked Purple Rice [CAN012]
 
- Directions:
- Brew 10g of ceylon black tea with 350ml of hot water at 90 degree Celcius or above for 10 to 12 minutes
 - Filter out the tea and add 25g of non dairy creamer to the hot tea and mix well
 - Add 2 scoop of purple rice at the bottom of the cup
 - Pour the tea into the cup
 
Mint-chocolate Delight
- Ingredients:
- 1oz of Peppermint Syrup [PWD290]
 - 25 g of Chocolate powder [PWD220]
 - 25 g of non dairy creamer [PWD002-B-USA]
 - Whipped cream
 
- Directions:
- Steam 200ml of milk to make it hot and foamy
 - Pour 1/2 of the hot milk into the cup and mix with 25g of chocolate powder
 - Stir it and mix well with a spoon
 - Mix other half of milk with 1oz of peppermint syrup
 - Pour the peppermint mixture into the cup
 - Add some chocolate drizzle on top of the drink
 
Hot Lemon Black Tea
- Ingredients:
- 10g of Ceylon black tea [TEA014]
 - Lemon slides
 - 1.5oz of Honey Logan Syrup [SRP190]
 
- Directions:
- Brew the 10g of Ceylon tea with 350ml of 90 degree Celsius water for 10 to 12 minutes (or use a tea espresso machine)
 - Add 1.5oz honey Logan syrup to the tea and mix well
 - Squeeze some lemon juice into the tea
 - Add a few slides of fresh lemon 🍋
