🥣 Ingredients

 

  • Matcha Base:

    • Fanale Matcha Powder: 1 scoop (or 1 tbsp)

    • Warm Water: 2 oz

  • Foam Base:

    • Horizon Heavy Whipping Cream: 300 g

    • Fanale Whipping Cheese Powder: 3 scoops (or 3 tbsp)

    • Salt: 2 g


 

📝 Instructions

 

  1. Prepare the Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk together the Matcha Powder and Warm Water using a matcha brush until all chunks are dissolved and the mixture is smooth. (Alternatively, strain the matcha if needed).

  2. Combine Foam Ingredients: Add the Heavy Whipping Cream, Whipping Cheese Powder, and Salt to a blender.

  3. Blend: Blend well for 1 minute until the mixture is thick, smooth, and forms a light foam.

  4. Assemble: Gently fold the prepared Matcha Base into the foam mixture.
