Matcha is a popular ground green tea that is known for its lightly grassy flavor and is touted for its many health benefits. It has a higher caffeine content than standard green tea (but less than coffee) because the whole leaf is consumed in the process of making matcha. You can serve it on its own hot or cold, or you can also make it into a delicious latte!
Fanale's line of professional powders features both traditional and nontraditional flavors. Use our quality products to flavor your milk tea, blended milk tea smoothies, blended ice smoothies and frozen yogurt.
