Easy Made Drinks Guide
Spring is almost here! Are you ready for some unique drinks? Besides boba and jelly, today’s recipe also included red bean paste as one of the toppings. These 3 ideas with easy follow instructions will satisfy your appetite.

Drink #1: RED BEAN MATCHA

Yield: 1 serving
 
Ingredients: 
  • Fanale Canned Red Bean 3 oz
  • Fanale Matcha Powder 1.5 oz 
  • Hot water 3 oz
  • Milk 4 oz
  • Fanale Golden Cane Sugar Syrup ¾ oz

*Fanale Canned Red Bean Paste

Instruction:

  • Prepare 3 oz of Fanale matcha powder PWD110
  • Filter matcha powder for smoother taste
  • Make sure the temperature of water for your matcha is roughly 175f/80c.
  • Pour 3 oz hot water over the powder
  • Whisk
  • Sweeten to taste with Fanale Golden Cane Sugar Syrup, about ¾ oz
  • (additional): filter out bubbles for your specialty matcha drinks
Step 2: Prepare 3 oz canned red bean paste inside of a cup
Step 3: Add ice and pour over pre-made matcha
Step 4: Top off milk

Drink #2: Strawberry Tea

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients: 

  • Fanale Strawberry Syrup 1.5 oz
  • Fanale Heart Shaped Strawberry Jellies 3 oz
  • Fanale Golden Black Tea/Old School Style 8 gram
  • Hot water 240ml
*Fanale Heart Shaped Strawberry Jelly

Instruction:

Step 1: Black tea preparation (manually)

  • Black Tea leaves 8 gram
  • Add hot water 90-100 Celsius 240 ml
  • Brew 10-12 minutes

Step 2: Pour brewed black tea into a shaker cup

Step 3: Add 1.5 oz strawberry syrup and stir well (add extra Strawberry Syrup or Golden Cane Sugar Syrup for sweeter taste)

Step 4: Add ice and shake well

Step 5: Prepare Fanale Heart Shaped Strawberry Jelly about 3 oz inside of a cup, and then pour over pre-made strawberry black tea.

 

Drink #3: Old School Boba Tea

Yield: 1 serving, 16 oz cup

Ingredients:

  • Fanale Golden Black Tea/Old School Style, 8 gram
  • Hot water 240ml
  • Fanale non-dairy powder creamer, two powder spoon, about 1.5 oz
  • Fanale 2.5mm Extra Large Tapioca - Click here for tutorial

Instruction:

Step 1: Black tea preparation (manually)

  • Black Tea leaves 8 gram
  • Add hot water 90-100 Celsius 240 ml
  • Brew 10-12 minutes

*Black Tea brewing standard: 1g:30-35 ml

Step 2: Add two powder spoon of Fanale non-dairy powder creamer, stir well and then add ice and shake well

Step 3: Sweeten to taste with Fanale Golden Cane Sugar Syrup

Step 4: Prepare 1 boba spoon, about 3 oz of boba inside of a cup

Step 5: Pour over premade old school milk tea on top of boba
