Healthy Bubble Tea Recipes
Bubble tea is a tea drink created in Taiwan. You all know these drinks with the big straws and yummy tapioca balls (pearls) at the bottom. The drink is made in a variety of ways and has evolved over the decades. There are many different recipes that each tea shop holds, that makes them stand out from the other competitors. These include different ingredients such as milk, cream, ice cream, shaved ice, fresh fruit, syrup, flavored powders, soy milk, black tea, and/or green jasmine tea. Today we will share a few delicious recipes that will benefit your health. Here are a couple healthy bubble tea recipes.
Classic Bubble Tea
- 2 bags of black tea
- 1 cup of hot water
- 2 tablespoons sweetener
- Ice
- ¼ cup cream, coconut milk, or milk of choice
- ¼ cup juice of choice
- 3-4 tablespoons tapioca balls
Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender.
- Put in a medium-sized cup and put in desired ingredients
