Whisk together the Mochi Bubble Waffle Mix and the sugar in the bowl of a mixer. Add the water, eggs, and oil and mix with a paddle attachment on low speed for 1 min. Scrape the bowl and the paddle. Increase the speed to medium and mix until well combined. Bake portions of the dough in a preheated bubble waffle maker at 338F to 356F(170C to 180C) for 3 mins or until golden brown. Makes about 32 waffles (170 g each)
